RENTAL
West Woodside sleeps up to 4 people and can be hired by the week, Saturday to Saturday throughout the year.
The cottage will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. Entry to the cottage will be arranged for your convenience once you are able to confirm your estimated time of arrival.
Prices include fuel for the wood burning stove, linen and towels. Electricity is included except convector heaters for which there is a £1 coin meter. Groceries and other provision may be ordered in advance by telephoning Jeanne.

Payment
Deposit
£100 deposit a week is required at time of booking.
The balance is to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the date of commencement of holiday. Non-payment of the balance will be regarded as a cancellation and the property will be considered for re-letting .
Cancellation
I n the event of the holiday being cancelled monies will be returned if we are successful in re-letting the cottage.
Inventory
The tenant agrees to keep the property, equipment and other contents in a like condition to which they were accepted. The tenant will pay for any loss, damage or breakage incurred.
